Your role at RCM:

  • Providing customer service by professionally answering inquiries and proactively informing clients on important updates
  • Assisting sales colleagues in their daily tasks including preparation of client presentations
  • Support in coordination of fairs, webinars, roadshows, and other client events
  • Cooperation with crossfunctional teams

Your core competencies:

  • Professional skills and financial market knowledge obtained through advanced education (Bachelor or similar education) combined with first practical experience
  • Customer orientation as well as solutionoriented acting
  • Sound English language skills (business proficiency)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Power Point and Excel)
  • Team player enjoying working with internal and external stakeholders
