Corporate Finance Solutions is part of the Group Corporates division.

We offer structured loan solutions and advisory services to our clients beyond standard banking products:

leveraged loans (for private equity and corporate clients), project finance (PPP & conventional), and productneutral advice on financial structures ("Strategic Dialogue").


Your Tasks:

  • You will play an active role in the execution of high profile structured finance transactions: financing of M&A opportunities, project finance across various asset classes from renewables to infrastructure
  • You will take part in origination efforts visavis top notch corporate clients including taking part in client meetings and negotiations
  • You are passionate about sophisticated credit analysis based on a deep understanding of clients' financial statements and cashflow modelling
  • You work in interdisciplinary and multinational transaction teams across different Erste Group geographies
  • You will be monitoring and reviewing existing portfolio assets, composing reports and managing risks
  • We foster a culture of knowledge sharing and onthejob learning more senior colleagues will help you to fulfill your tasks
  • A close cooperation with other units of Erste Group including coverage functions and product teams is key to success

Your Background:

  • Excellent educational background and a university degree in finance, business, law, mathematics or similar with a study focus on banking & finance or corporate finance
  • Good quantitative capabilities combined with a high willingness and ability to learn quickly with a strong attention to detail
  • First working experience or internships in corporate banking, investment banking or related advisory, and knowhow in leveraged and/or project finance is a plus
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • English is our working language, fluency in German and/or a CEE language is a plus
