Als Head of SAP Delivery Center (m/w/d) sind Sie Teil des globalen ERP Solutions Team und verantwortlich für den gesamten SAP-Dienstleistungsprozess. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem verteilten Team von SAP Consultants und Developern geben Sie die strategische Richtung vor und tragen so maßgeblich zur Verbesserung der Dienstleistungsqualitat im Unternehmen bei.

Head of SAP Delivery Center (m/w/d) IT Leadership mit Entwicklungsperspektive Ihre Aufgaben: Leitung und Ausbau des SAP Delivery Centers (SAP-Modulerweiterung) sowie strategisch organisatorische Neuausrichtung
Führung und Weiterentwicklung des virtuellen Teams mit ca. 10 Consultants/Developern im Bereich Supply Chain (SD, MM, WHM)
Steuerung des externen Support Providers
Harmonisierung des gesamten Incident/Change Prozess über die Logistik und Core Finance Module. Re-Evaluierung des bestehenden Tools und der Prozesse
Gewährleistung einer effektiven Kommunikation mit den Ländern/Regionen mittels Dashboarding und KPI-Reportings auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
Entwicklung und Implementierung von Richtlinien und Tools in der Systementwicklung und -dokumentation
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business zur Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen Nutzung und Qualitätssicherung des Systems
Mitwirkung an regionalen und internationalen strategischen Projekten sowie Mitarbeit an der strategischen Ausrichtung des zentralen ERP-Systems

Ihr Profil: Bachelor/ Master-Abschluss in einem relevanten Fachbereich
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung (3+ Jahre) im SAP ERP-Bereich, spez. Logistik, oder in einer leitenden Support-Funktion.
Stark ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um in einem multikulturellen, verteilten Umfeld zu reüssieren
Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und technologischen Anforderungen
Erfahrung im Changemanagement und der Implementierung von Standards
Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den folgenden SAP-Bereichen sind erforderlich: SD, MM, WHM und Fokus auf Logistikthemen und -prozesse. Erfahrung mit anderen SAP-Modulen und S/4 HANA sind von Vorteil
Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss (Deutsch ist von Vorteil)
Für diese spannende Herausforderung ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt von ca. EUR exkl. variablem Anteil bzw. eine marktkonforme Vergütung in Abhängigkeit Ihres Erfahrungs- und Qualifikationsprofils vorgesehen.
