Our business

Your role:

  • Support the creation of scenarios for the Energy Portfolio and provide Portfolio analysis to derive informed recommendations for optimized capital allocation decisions
  • Contribute to the annual Energy planning cycle (e.g. planning calendar and process alignment, coordination and consolidation of inputs, analysis of planning data incl. deep dive topics, drafting of presentations)
  • Challenge plausibility of inputs, and ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Align inputs with all Ventures, relevant Value Centers and Corporate functions in the Portfolio and Planning process
  • Support adhoc requests and deep dive analysis with good and autonomous delivery
  • Participates in the planning review meetings with regard to technical/economic aspects
  • Consolidates Upstream input (production, CAPEX and OPEX) and ensures data integrity and consistency
  • Contribute to the maintenance of systems and creation of dashboards (e.g. DataFlow, PowerBI) and supports digitalization & automation of processes and systems
  • Actively supports continuous improvement and value creation, proactively identify, align and implement improvement measures related to the Energy Portfolio and Planning Process (data quality control, process flows, automation, etc.)

Your profile:

  • You have a Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
  • You have minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong analytical skills and capability to challenge projects inputs and economic evaluations
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data by focusing on relevant matters and delivering clear outcomes
  • Project management experience and ability to deliver tasks/projects independently in time and quality
  • Solid understanding of the Energy business and its value drivers is highly beneficial
  • Ability to navigate business relationships across the group and build networks
  • Advanced user of Excel, knowledge of Portfolio and Planning tools is a plus (e.g., P2V)
  • Skilled in using ThinkCell and Dashboarding tools (e.g., Power-BI)
  • Fluent in English
