Job Title: Deployment Lead - Paperless Solutions
Location: Zurich, SwitzerlandAbout the role:
  • You will help drive the implementation of complex electronic logbooks, forms, and streamlined user experiences.
  • You will ensure that the implementation of paperless forms follows Gx P regulations.
How you will contribute:
  • Partner across departments and international manufacturing sites to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Develop, track, and measure key performance indicators mid to long term.
  • Monitor deployment progress within program management, identifying and addressing any deviations to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Support the implementation of paperless solutions for Gx P forms and logbooks across the manufacturing portfolio and network.
  • Coordinate with the IT team, Subject Matter Experts, and user community to configure and customize solutions according to requirements.
  • Ensure computer system validation and required tasks like testing and change control processes.
  • Collaborate with quality teams and vendors to implement appropriate validation processes.
  • Document deployment processes, procedures, and best practices for future upgrades.
What you bring to the company:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with experience in systems.
  • Experience with software development, business analysis, or process optimization.
  • Experience with validation and business system and computer system validation.
  • Provide training and support to local citizen developers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and electronic form builders.
  • Willingness to implement solutions in a low code environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Process and Pharmaceuticals industrial would be ideal.
