Team Lead DevSecOps (M/F/d) - Home office possible

Your new role:

  • Lead and manage a team of 4 CI/CD engineers, providing guidance and mentoring where needed
  • Work closely with R&D managers and stakeholders to ensure that all CI/CD deliverables are met within the agreed timelines
  • Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the CI/CD process, identifying and addressing any issues that arise
  • Drive continuous improvement of the CI/CD process, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and providing regular updates
  • Take care of the comprehensive quality assurance of the infrastructure and ensure failsafe operation.
  • Assess risk and compliance of established solutions.
  • Design and implement the deployment chain of our products starting from the continuous integration in the development environment up to the deployment to the target system
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team

Your skills:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Handson experience with current cloud and hybridcloud technologies
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Linux
  • Strong awareness of security principles such as leastprivacy, preventive vs detection, data protection
  • Relevant working experience in the field of DevSecOps
  • Basic understanding of software development
  • You love working in teams and have a passion for software
  • You bring a handson attitude and are interested in learning about new technologies
  • Good analytical skills and team player qualities
  • Independent and targetoriented way of working
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken)

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 70.000;
