Stellenbeschreibung

NACHHALTIGKEITSANALYSEN

In dieser Rolle bist du der Architekt unserer nachhaltigen Zukunft Du wirst nicht nur Life-Cycle-Assessments (LCAs) für verschiedene Materialien und Prozesse durchführen, sondern mit jeder Analyse aktiv die Gestaltung einer nachhaltigen Welt vorantreiben. Als zentrale Figur in unseren Betriebsabläufen wirst du eng mit unseren Lieferanten zusammenarbeiten, um Daten zu sammeln, zu validieren und präzise zu interpretieren.

RESEARCH

In dieser spannenden Position tauchst du tief in das Reich der Nachhaltigkeit ein. Du führst gründliche Recherchen zu verschiedenen Themen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen durch, um neue Wege für eine nachhaltige Zukunft aufzuzeigen.

PROJEKTMANAGEMENT

Du übernimmst die Leitung und Unterstützung von Projekten, behältst den Fortschritt im Auge und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Visionen Realität werden. Dabei unterstützt du die Strukturierung von Projekten sowohl in Stage-Gate-Prozessen als auch in agilen Umgebungen.

INNOVATION

Schließlich bist du der Motor für Innovationen Dabei zählen wir auf deine Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge, um unsere Prozesse stetig zu optimieren.

Qualifikationen

Master-Abschluss in Umwelt- und Bioressourcenmanagement, Ernährungswissenschaften, Biotechnologie, Chemie, technischer Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Richtung

5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit und/oder Innovationsmanagement

Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Innovations-/Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten in der FMCG-Branche oder einer verwandten Industrie

Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Life-Cycle-Assessments (LCAs) sowie ein gutes Verständnis von Operations-/Supply Chain Prozessen

Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen mit der Fähigkeit, faktenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen

Neugierde und die Fähigkeit, wichtige wissenschaftliche Fragen schnell zu erkennen

Von Vorteil ist die Erfahrung im wissenschaftlichen Umfeld und/oder Puplikationen in dem betreffenden Bereich

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Lernbereitschaft und eine proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Fließendes Englisch ist ein MUSS, Deutsch ist stark von Vorteil

Zusätzliche Informationen

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.605 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
