Als Teil unserer globalen Supply Chain ist der Bereich "Global Logistics" verantwortlich für einen effektiven, nachhaltigen und kosteneffizienten Logistikfluss unserer Getränke und Visibility Items weltweit. Wir suchen einen "Senior Logistics Specialist" zur Stärkung unseres Teams.

In dieser Position bist du der Vorreiter für innovative Supply Chain Lösungen, optimierst Prozesse und führst innovative Logistiklösungen für eine ganzheitliche Sichtweise ein. Du analysierst das Logistiknetzwerk, um Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und Risikominderungen zu identifizieren. Du arbeitest global mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams und Tochtergesellschaften zusammen und bist DER Logistikexperte bei der Gestaltung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien gemeinsam mit der Einheit "Group Sustainability".

Stellenbeschreibung

OPTIMIERUNG DER LOGISTIK

  • Sicherstellen des geforderten Serviceniveaus und Erfüllung der Bedürfnisse interner und externer Kunden
  • Identifizierung potenzieller Engpässe und Lücken in bestehenden Logistikprozessen
  • Leitung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessverbesserung
  • Implementierung der Optimierungsinitiativen und Sicherstellung der kosteneffizienten und nachhaltigen Umsetzung

PROJEKTLEITUNG

  • Leitung von Projekten von Beginn bis Implementierung
  • Implementierung von Technologie- und Innovationsinitiativen
  • Testing der implementierten Lösungen zur Sicherstellung ordnungsgemäßer Durchführung
  • Ergebnissicherung und Qualitätserhaltung unserer Lösungen

NACHHALTIGKEIT

  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie für Logistik in Kooperation mit "Group Sustainability"

REPORTING & KPIS

  • Leitung von Benchmark-Analysen für interne und externe Prozesse und Stakeholder
  • Initiierung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain, Logistik oder äquivalent
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain Management, idealerweise in der FMCG-Industrie
  • Starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in Change-Management-Projekten und ganzheitlicher Prozesssicht
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Anwendungen; SAP R/3 oder S/4 notwendig
  • Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil; starke analytische Fähigkeiten erforderlich
  • Fließendes Englisch erforderlich, Deutsch von Vorteil
Zusätzliche Informationen

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 2,602 brutto pro Monat. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich am Markt und liegen deutlich über dem Mindestgehalt.
