Head of Sub Region South East Europe for Gas Services Controls and Digitalization to join our team in Zagreb, Vienna or Warsaw.

The Head of Sub Region South East Europe for Gas Services Controls and Digitalization drives the Service Controls and Digitalization business as regional responsible for the business strategy and its implementation.

He/she is accountable for the strategic, general, and operational management and ensures the expected business growth and consolidated profitability, guiding business and channel management, including planning and forecasting activities.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • You lead the Service Controls & Digitalization business within the Sub Region South East Europe reporting to the Vice President of SE GS EU&AF CD.
  • Furthermore, you develop a structured growth strategy covering multiple product lines (controls, electrical, digitalization) and you translate the growth plan into an operational ramp up across the different countries in South East Europe.
  • You lead by example in all aspects, promote our values and the transformation journey
  • You have the responsibility for the P&L of Service Controls & Digitalization in the subregion South East Europe, you are meeting and overachieving key financial target as well as have a clear understanding of the business financials in the context of the market opportunities.
  • You will lead and develop the workforce ensuring a highperformance culture of business excellence and continuous improvement, with motivated employees and including a mindset of simplification for key processes. You will empower the local teams and grow local talent.
  • Besides, you will position the business as a strategic partner with major customers developing customer loyalty and satisfaction as well as you will initiate and manage business development activities, fully understanding competitor positions and strategy to develop and maintain market share.
  • You are responsible to engage with key stake holders to maintaining a high profile for Siemens Energy to maximize opportunities, to work collaboratively with regional colleagues of other Business Areas as well as to leverage best practices and resources from the other functions.
  • In addition, you operate to the highest, moral, ethical, and business standards, manage risk and protect the Siemens Energy brand, as well as you act as an activist for safety and quality.

What You Bring

  • Overall responsibility for the complete Controls and Digitalization Business in South East Europe
  • A demonstrable experience in South East Europe with P&L responsibility is a plus; you have track record of developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Additionally, you have strong and demonstrable experience in working with and leading multicultural local and remote teams.
  • You have demonstrable evidence of direct sales, after sales activities, successful project, or service business execution & management of multidisciplined project teams.
  • You have extensive experience in sales, and/or service in the power generation. This is a pre requisite due to the nature of the majority of our business.
  • Your profile is rounded off by strong and effective interpersonal skills as well as effective communication skills
  • You will be required to travel as necessary to support your team, meet with customers
  • You are proficient in English; any additional language will be a plus
