The Customer Management & Branch Applications team oversees two vital tools used by our branch staff: BON and FIT+. As the Head of Department, you will spearhead the continuous enhancement of the BON platform and the financial health application FIT+. Additionally, your role will involve working with the UX team to ensure a seamless user experience for all branch and back-office applications.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Establish and develop BON as a platform: Implement software development standards to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Enhance FIT+: Further develop to support the strategic objective of Financial Health.
  • UX for branch and back-office applications: Drive a unified UX approach for internal customers.
  • Lead a diverse team of 20+ individuals: Foster a self-organized work environment.
  • Communication and stakeholder management: Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role in IT.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing enterprise standard architectures and software development standards.
  • Proficiency in Business and IT, as well as in German and English.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to build trust with stakeholders.
