ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to be based in our Vienna office, starting February 1 or earlier. Your first assignment will be to lead MS Dynamics 365 Improvements and Automation Programme, which is expected to run through the end of 2024. You will be working closely with Finance, System Partners (external), Workstream Leads, Managers and SMEs from different units, driving the programme execution until close. _This includes_ business analysis (inc. requirements drafting), workload prioritisation and escalation, communication decks/presentations, process reengineering, system implementation and senior stakeholder management. _You will be accountable for the planning and endtoend delivery of projects and programmes according to deadline, quality and budget._

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Ensure the successful use of Sportradar's Project Management strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables in a fastchanging environment.
  • Implement and continuously improve project control and governance. Contribute to improving our Project Management Framework and standards for project delivery.
  • Provide project planning, delegation, monitoring, milestone & scope management, and resource management.
  • Estimate the resources and participation needed to achieve project goals.
  • Drive the six project controlling dimensions including cost, time, quality, scope, benefit and risk.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating as appropriate.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with project members and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the business outcome of the project are identified and quantified.
  • Ensure transparent and regular datadriven reporting to the key stakeholders to ensure project status is clearly understood and timely decisions can be taken.
  • Deliver progress reports, options proposals, and presentations for SteerCo/ Senior Management.
  • Act as the link between the project steering committee and workstream leads/ project team.
  • Coordinate key delivery closure retrospectives to instill best practices and ensure lessons learned are logged.
  • Ensure efficient change control methods and processes are in place.
  • Drive change management initiatives within complex team
  • Provide PMO support via tracking and reporting project status updates on a weekly basis.
  • Provide coordination for nontechnical projects on an adhoc basis.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • At least 5years' experience with project management in a highgrowth digital environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
  • A proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing a diverse range of projects (e.g. small/large/complex).
  • Strong communicator with previous stakeholder management experience.
  • Collaborative approach and adept at building effective business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in Management of Change.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously with mínimal supervision.
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining project plans, delivery dashboards, and delivery roadmaps including: risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
  • A flexible and handson approach. Display problem solving acumen; take ownership of issues and aim to drive to resolution.
  • See the bigger picture by coordinating efforts of project members and consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
  • Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions.
  • Highly proficient IT skills in MS Office 36
  • Strong familiarity with any project management software
  • Smartsheet experience is of assistance.
  • Experience in waterfall and/or agile methods of project management for medium to large sized projects/ programmes is expected.
  • Change certification is a plus.
