Our business

Your role:

  • You manage, recruit, guide and allocate Project Services resources and ensure that all Project Services deliverables are aligned with one another and prepared in accordance with Company Standards and Best Practice.
  • You demonstrate commitment to HSSE at all times.
  • You support and coordinate the MTP process.
  • You are responsible for the coordination of the Operator's Budget process for the respective projects.
  • You provide support to Finance Deptartment regarding Operator's Cash Calls and Billing Statements.
  • You ensure that Project Controls requirements are specified within contracts and prepare contract scopes of work related to Project Services deliverables.
  • You provide input on Contracting Strategies as well as on Project Execution Strategies and Plans.
  • You manage, coordinate reports as required.
  • You manage and administrate the agreements for the provision of services from OMV to the Operators.
  • You execute effective performance measurement and flag deviations.

Your profile:

  • University degree.
  • At least 9 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Wide experience in all project phases in operated and nonoperated ventures.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management Tools for costs, schedule & risk (e.g. Primavera, Capdat, Omega Pims, Risk analysis & management tools).
  • Excellent English skills.
