- Du bist auf der Suche nach einer neuen beruflichen Herausforderung und möchtest deine Leidenschaft für Recht und IT verbinden. Du verfügst über eine rechtswissenschaftliche Ausbildung und über erste Berufserfahrung mit Vertragsrecht Fokus IT. Deine selbstständige, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und deine Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen dich aus? Dann bist du bei uns in dieser Position genau richtig**#PROFILE**:

- Etablierung der Abteilung Inhouse-Legal und weiterführende Verantwortung für die Abteilung Legal mit Schwerpunkt Vertragsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht, Datenschutz, Risk Management und Compliance
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Bereich Allgemeines Zivil
- und Vertragsrecht, Wirtschaft
- und Kartellrecht, sowie IT- und Datenschutzrecht
- Erarbeitung von Lösungswegen für komplexe Fragestellungen unter Berücksichtigung der rechtlichen und wirtschaftlichen Risiken
- Einrichtung und Pflege einer gruppenweiten Vertragsdatenbank
- Erstellung und Pflege von Vertragsentwürfen und Templates zur internen sowie externen Nutzung (NDAs etc.)
- Verfolgung aktueller Gesetzesänderungen und Rechtsprechungen sowie Umsetzung und Koordination notweniger rechtlicher Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung dieser Regelungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Datenschutz Team und gegenseitige Unterstützung bei datenschutzrechtlichen Fragestellungen / Angelegenheiten
- Koordination mit unserem internationalen externen Legal-Team
- Schnittstelle zu externen Partnern (internationale Rechtsanwälte, Notare)

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften mit Fokus auf Datenschutz
- und Wirtschaftsrecht, sowie Vertrags
- und Wettbewerbsrecht
- Einschlägige mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder einer wirtschaftlich orientierten Anwaltskanzlei
- Erfahrungen in der IT-Branche bzw. dem Cloud Service Bereich sowie technisches Verständnis sind vorausgesetzt sowie eine hohe Affinität für die Informationstechnologie
- Gutes Verständnis von rechtlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Hohe Team
- und Serviceorientierung und die Fähigkeit, auch unter hohem Zeitdruck strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
