**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP**

Sie agieren als Finance Businesspartner für unser IT -Management, arbeiten dabei eng mit den Fachabteilungen zusammen und unterstützen sie in allen finanz
- und budgetrelevanten Angelegenheiten. Weiters stellen Sie die Einhaltung unserer Standards und Guidelines sicher. Sie werden auch Trainings zu finanzrelevanten Themen, sowie zu unseren Guidelines und Prozessen für die Budgetverantwortlichen abhalten.

**PLANUNG & FORECASTING**

Sie fungieren über mehrere Management-Ebenen hinweg als Planungskoordinator und sind im Planungsprozess für die Einhaltung aller Termine und ordnungsgemäßen Planabgaben verantwortlich. Gestützt auf Inhalte hinterfragen Sie die Budgets in der Planung und erstellen monatliche Vorschaurechnungen hinsichtlich des Jahresbudgets. Darüber hinaus gewährleisten Sie ein hohes Maß an Prognosegenauigkeit in Bezug auf Business Plan und Forecast.

**MONATSABSCHLUSS / REPORTING / ANALYSEN**

Sie verantworten die zeitgerechte Erstellung von Finanzinformationen (Plan und Ist-Vergleich) für jeden Budgetverantwortlichen, indem Sie kommentierte Berichte versenden und die Inhalte in regelmäßigen Meetings besprechen. Sie stellen sicher, dass Stammdaten (Kostenstellen, Innenaufträge und Hierarchien) in allen Controlling Systemen stets auf dem aktuellen Stand sind, um konsistentes Reporting und aussagekräftige Ad-hoc Analysen zu ermöglichen. Außerdem unterstützen Sie die konzernweite Leistungsverrechnung zentraler IT Kosten.

**TOTAL CASH CONTROLLING**

Das globale IT Budget besteht aus operativen Kosten und Investitionen, die durch Total Cash Controlling (eine Kombination von Indirects Cost Controlling und Investment Management) im Berichtwesen und in der Planung zusammengeführt werden. Mit dieser Aufgabe verbunden ist die Verantwortung für den richtigen Setup globaler Strukturen und Prozesse sowie deren Einhaltung.

**GUIDELINES & TRAININGS**

Sie sind als globaler Ansprechpartner verantwortlich für den Bereich der IT-Kosten in unseren Group Controlling Guidelines und daher für die Definition und Ausführung unserer globalen Strukturen und Prozesse.

**Qualifikationen**:
1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling

Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (vor allem Excel & Power Point)

Erfahrung mit SAP R/3 sowie Business Analyse Tools wie SAP BI, SAP Business Objects oder Hyperion sind von Vorteil

Proaktiv, selbstmotiviert und verantwortungsbewusst sowie ergebnis
- und leistungsorientiert

Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Bereitschaft zu lernen, um mit den Aufgaben zu wachsen

Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten und hohe Teamfähigkeit
