Group Leader Marketing & Communication

The successor of the position will develop our organisation's brands, adapt the messages and develop marketing campaigns to effectively sell new products and activities.

Building and leading the marketing team will be key to further developing the brand proposition and to providing marketing direction to grow together with the sales team the business.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a marketing to build the organisation's brand and reputation.
  • Manage the brand to ensure consistent communication of the organisation's mission and values across all channels and will ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained & promoted
  • Overall responsibility for all Marketing Automation initiatives (B2B+B2C)
  • Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of an ecommerce strategy (B2B+B2C)
  • Plan and manage a stakeholder engagement strategy to maximise relationships with clients, investors, partners and intermediaries
  • Support the Marketing Part of Motorsport Events (Event and Promotion.)
  • Connect the Dots with Cooperate Head Office.

Experiences and Skills that will make You great at the role

  • Completed a bachelors or master's degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience within Marketing to push product sales
  • Strong interest in activities like Motorsport, Recreational Products, Racing
  • Experienced in working in both B2B & B2C
  • Strong understanding of social media in a professional setting and how to leverage social media/viral messaging as part of a PR strategy
  • Able to build and manage a multidisciplinary team
  • Empathic and teamoriented working style with good English and German skills
  • Experience in Event Management

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 75,500 gross/year in accordance with the very attractive collective agreement for the metal industry.

An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
