We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and enthusiastic Sales Director to collaborate with our international sales team. The role involves driving growth, training new and existing team partners, and expanding field sales volume in the designated country, with the position based in Vienna, Austria.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Conduct in-person business meetings and events to identify potential field leaders.
  • Lead virtual presentations and workshops for remote business partners.
  • Collaborate with the local team and report to the Chief Sales Officer Europe.
  • Support and boost field sales volume within the existing database.
  • Provide business opportunity training for potential recruits and team partners.
  • Implement and adapt PM-International's established methods in the field.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for PM-International and its products.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • Strong sales background, ideally with experience in direct sales or health, fitness, and beauty sectors.
  • Result-driven mindset with a passion for country development.
  • Team player with innovative thinking, capable of motivating and leading the sales team.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
