Process Development / Technical Traineeship (m/f/d) at P&G Site
The P&G production site in Spittal an der Drau focuses on developing and producing solid and semi-solid food supplements and drug formulations like Femibion, Bion3, Neurobion, Kytta, or Vigantol.
Our traineeship positions provide students with a valuable opportunity to showcase technical competence and management skills in real scenarios with specific tasks. A significant number of our junior staff have previously been interns.
Right from the start, we want you to become an integral part of our team dedicated to inventing, applying, and enhancing technologies crucial for supporting the production processes of our exceptional consumer goods.
Possible projects:
- Development of innovative technologies related to continuous release
- Technical projects like creating new processes, innovative packaging solutions, or product models
- Exploring sustainability studies regarding Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Engage in a 9-12 months traineeship involving projects with challenging technical tasks, fostering independence, and increasing personal responsibility within a young, dynamic team
- Collaborate with fellow interns on various activities
- Potential pathway for direct employment post-graduation
- Monthly salary aligned with training level per the industry's collective agreement framework
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed minimum of 4-6 semesters in Science or Engineering fields
- Preferred disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Process, Production, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Plastics Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Physics
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and quick comprehension abilities
- Display creativity and problem-solving capabilities
- Above-average academic performance
- Engagement in extracurricular activities
- Effective communication, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in English and German languages
