Your Role: Creating Outstanding Products
Since 2018, the manufacturing site in Spittal an der Drau has contributed to our success, becoming the main industrial employer in Upper Carinthia with about 550 staff members. We are involved in the innovation and production of solid and semi-solid food supplements and drug formulations such as Femibion, Bion3, Neurobion, Kytta, and Vigantol.
Our internship opportunities allow students to showcase their technical skills and management potential in real-life scenarios with specific tasks. Many of our junior employees started as interns.
From day one, we want you to be an integral part of our team, collaborating on projects focused on inventing, reapplying, and advancing technologies essential for producing our exceptional consumer goods.
Potential Projects:
Engage in challenging projects that involve implementing new technologies, developing innovative concepts, and enhancing our production processes. Examples include:
- Exploring innovative technologies for 'continuous release'
- Technical initiatives like enhancing processes, creative packaging solutions, or new product designs
- Conducting sustainability studies on Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- 9-12 months of practical training on projects with complex technical tasks, autonomy, and increasing personal responsibility within a young, dynamic team
- Collaborative activities with fellow interns
- Potential pathway for direct employment post-graduation
- Monthly salary based on educational level as per the industry's collective agreement framework
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum completion of 4-6 semesters in Science or Engineering disciplines
- Preferred studies in Electrical/Mechanical/Process/Production/Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Plastics Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Physics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Aptitude for creativity and above-average academic performance
- Engagement in extracurricular activities
- Strong communication, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in English and German languages
