Your Role as Measurement Science Associate Scientist (M/F/D):

Execute daily testing activities within the Analytical R&D team to ensure work quality and compliance meet expectations, delivering test results promptly. Responsibilities include scheduling, tracking, training, and issue resolution.

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and Health, Safety, and Environment standards
• Maintain high-quality standard methodology and implement change control requests in alignment with P&G and external regulatory requirements
• Timely delivery of routine test data and reports, covering a range of tests including Appearance testing, Titrations, HPLC, GC, GCMS, IC, ICP-MS, among others
• Support prompt investigations into compliance issues, retests, and deviations

Job Qualifications:

• University degree in Analytical Chemistry or relevant field
• Proficiency in English, with knowledge of German considered advantageous
• Strong understanding of analytical techniques for product development and quality control, previous experience in GMP/Lab settings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving
