Was du bei uns machst
- Du schaffst es spielerisch aus Daten spannende Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und vereinfachst präzise die kompliziertesten Sachverhalte. Deshalb werden deine Kund*innen und dein Team es lieben, mit dir zusammenzuarbeiten.- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Entwicklung von Marken
- und Kommunikationsstrategien
- Dabei wertest du quantitative Daten und qualitative Erkenntnisse gleichermaßen sicher aus und wendest gekonnt Tools an, um Zielgruppen
- und Trendinsights zu generieren
- Du unterstützt unsere Kund*innen dabei, mithilfe unserer Strategie-Tools (BrandAsset Valuator und BAV Social), ihre Marke zu analysieren und darauf aufbauend strategische Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
- Im Rahmen der Erarbeitung von Brand Experience Strategien entwickelst du Customer Journeys und strategische Maßnahmen für die Bespielung der relevantesten Touchpoints
- Du schreibst selbstständig klare und richtungsweisende Creative Briefings, auf denen Top-Kreative es lieben zu arbeiten- Was du mitbringst
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschafts-, Kommunikations
- oder Sozialwissenschaften und Berufserfahrung im Bereich strategischer Markenführung (oder vergleichbaren Feldern) im Gepäck
- Die Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten machen dir genauso viel Freude, wie eine angeregte Diskussion der Erkenntnisse
- Wettbewerbs-, Trend
- und Zielgruppenanalysen beherrscht du sicher und du weißt diese pointiert und inspirierend darzustellen
- Idealerweise bringts du Erfahrung in den Bereichen Journey Mapping und Führung von Tiefeninterviews mit und hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Präsentieren vor Kund*innen gemacht
- Du liebst es, interessante Insights und Benchmarks an den Tisch zu bringen. Zudem bist du stark darin, deine Gedanken in Präsentationen darzustellen und zu vermitteln

- Dein Gehalt liegt mit 2.200 EUR / Monat brutto über dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt. Mögliche Überbezahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.- Wer wir sind
