Senior Business Development Manager

Our Sales Team shapes our clients' first impressions of Supercharge and defines the experience they will have on their digital journey with us. Our team is growing dynamically across all our international offices, operating in two specialized units: New Business
- and Account Management. We find new clients, win projects, and grow our partnerships to become successful, long-term, value-creating relationships.
We are looking for a motivated and versatile colleague for the position of Senior Business Development Manager to join our New Business team and actively help us expand our D-A-CH activities.
**Your day to day will include**:
- Connecting with awesome new clients for Supercharge while aiming for a set of sales targets, including individual and team goals. We'll be working on lead generation, figuring out which clients are the best fit, and sparking their interest. Our focus will be on projects in Germany, Switzerland and Austria
- Collaborating with our fantastic team to create client presentations that truly shine. We'll be using our creativity and diligence to increase our chances of success
- Interacting with potential clients and our valued existing clients in a friendly and professional way. You'll be their first point of contact on their journey with Supercharge, so it's essential that they enjoy their interactions with us
- Teaming up closely with our D-A-CH Managing Director, Product Strategists, and other Business Development Managers to achieve our sales goals. We'll also be working hand in hand with our Project Managers, Tech, and Design teams to plan some exciting and high-value digital projects
**We'd love to meet someone who has**:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably at an IT Consultancy or Digital Agency, bringing in an existing network to catch a quick start with building the sales pipeline. If you've had the chance to work internationally, that's awesome, but it's not a deal-breaker
- A proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential partners You're not just good at selling complex, customized digital solutions; you're also a master at uncovering new opportunities
- Native German speaking skills and proficient in English, both in writing and speaking
- A background or related experience in Technology, Innovation/Digital Consulting, or Software Development
