Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the process experts pool belonging to the Bulk Manufacturing of Oral Penicillins
  • Promote and improve the Safety and Quality cultures, by implementing the necessary systems and actions in line with the evolution of the site
  • Drive continuous improvement, Opex initiatives, projects, validations/changes
  • Maintain and improve the scientific oversight of the manufacturing processes and technical changes
  • Drive the Lean culture to achieve Process Excellence, including the daily use of Lean Leadership, Visual Management, Tiered Accountability, Leaders Standard Work and Gemba Walks
  • Support Audits from Customers and Heath Authorities
  • Drive or support investigations, as a consequence of deviations or customer complains
  • Support definition and implementation of CAPAs

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Leadership experience of scientific or production teams
  • Scientific background, preferably in Pharmaceutical Technology
  • Experience in Bulk Manufacturing (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of German and English
  • Analytical skills, green or black belt certifications can be a plus
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills

GJFA 1-4: In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement.

For this position the minimum salary is € 66.526,88/year (on a full time basis).

The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
