To strengthen our team in Bergheim, Salzburg we are looking for a Senior Expert Organizational Development and Change Management (m/w/d) within the Center of Excellence (CoE) Organizational Development and Change Management.


As Senior Expert Organizational Development and Change Management you are responsible to drive the development of the key capability "changeability" within the organization.

In that regard you act as an internal consultant and expert for key stakeholders providing skills, know-how and methods for transformation projects like analysis and diagnosis, the clarification of goals and non-goals and the management of expectations by target-oriented communication.

You prepare, facilitate and moderate workshops and help to ensure the transfer of defined measures by monitoring and reviewing them in the implementation phase.

You act as a project/program manager or member within change processes and help to develop a governance framework for Organizational Development.

You stand for a structure-based and discursive approach knowing your stakeholders needs. You enjoy working within interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and international teams and environments. You are curious and bring in innovative approaches to contribute to a strong employer brand and organizational development.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Operationally support the business in the design and implementation of selected local and international transformation and change processes
  • Act as internal consultant for leaders, managers, business partners and other key stakeholders in change processes
  • Further develop the maturity level of "changeability" in the organization
  • Lead or work within projects and programs
  • Contribute to the development of a governance framework for organizational development
  • Contribute expertise in selecting the right external development partners, coordinating and orchestrating them
  • Monitor trends and developments in the field of organizational development and transformation management

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Degree in social/economic sciences with a focus on organizational development and change management (e.g. organization studies, organizational sociology/psychology or comparable)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience as internal or external Organizational Developer/Project Leader of Transformation Programs
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (organizational analysis, discursive approach, facilitation of workshops and groups of various sizes, interview techniques, etc.)
  • Experience in project and program management
  • Intercultural competence and proven change management skills, ideally experience in conflict management and coaching
  • High level of selforganization, drive and passion, combined with patience and persistence
  • Fluent in German and English, other languages an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on your qualifications and professional experience, which can be significantly higher than the collective agreement for this position (KV minimum based on full-time employment is 47.612,04 Euro gross per year).
