Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bergheim suchen wir eine/n Assistenz im Bereich Global Supply Chain Management (w/m/d)

**AUFGABENBEREICH**:

- Abwicklung und Organisation administrativer Agenden im Fachbereich inkl. Termin
- und Reisekoordination
- Koordination von Meetings und Terminen mit internen und externen Personen
- Unterstützung bei der Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Meetings inkl. Erstellung von Power Point Folien und Sitzungsprotokollen
- Unterstützung bei Supply Chain Projekten

**QUALIFIKATIONEN**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B.: AHS, BHS, Lehre)
- Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Fundierte Microsoft Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Professionelles und verbindliches Auftreten
- Hohes Maß an Diskretion
- Organisationstalent und gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke

Wir bieten ein attraktives und leistungsbezogenes Gehalt, das sich an Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert und das für diese Position deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag liegen kann (KV-Minimum auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung ist EUR 41.390,02 brutto pro Jahr).
