To strengthen our Supply Chain Team we are looking for a **Global Supply Planner S&OP** (f/m/d). You will be part of a dynamic and motivated team preparing Palfinger for the challenges of the future. Exciting developments in the fields of digitalization, optimization and AI will increase the visibility and flexibility will ensure the future growth of the company.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Groupwide communication and coordination across the supply chain within S&OP supply processes to achieve fulfilment of market and customer requirements as part of the global S&OP supply team
- In alignment with market demands coordinate availability of resources like workforce in manufacturing, capacities, supply and inventories
- Specialist for production, supply and slotting planning to supervise planning rules, coordination of the plant
- & supply parameters and establishing of planning-parameter-alignment meetings with plants
- Identify and sensing of potential supply-bottlenecks as well as needed capacity adaptions together with local and regional colleagues in plants, supply chain and procurement
- Continuous improvement development of S&OP process
- Support of local and regional supply S&OP process
- Reporting of relevant KPIs
- Support and Lead of project for process optimisation within SCM

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- University degree in SCM or a similar oriented technical degree
- Min. 2 years work experience in SCM in a global organization
- Strong analytic and conceptual capabilities
- High level of interpersonal and intercultural skills combined
- Project management skills
- Very accurate and structured way of working and presenting
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Business English (German optional)

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 46.346,72 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
