beBee Professionals sucht eine/n Helpdesk-Support-Analyst/-in für unseren Standort in Wien.

Der/die Kandidat/in sollte über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder einem verwandten Fach verfügen. Er/sie sollte auch über Erfahrung in der IT-Support-Branche verfügen und über ein gutes Verständnis der IT-Systeme und -Netzwerke. Er/sie sollte auch über ein gutes Verständnis der IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -Verfahren verfügen.

Der/die Kandidat/in sollte auch über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verfügen, um Kundenanfragen effizient zu bearbeiten. Er/sie sollte auch über ein gutes Verständnis der Kundenbedürfnisse und -erwartungen verfügen.

Der/die Kandidat/in sollte auch über ein gutes Verständnis der Software- und Hardware-Technologien verfügen, um die Kundenanfragen effizient zu bearbeiten. Er/sie sollte auch über ein gutes Verständnis der IT-Service-Management-Prozesse verfügen.
