Job Description:

The RGM Data & Process Developer is accountable for defining data and process requirements, leading to the enhancement and governance of the Revenue Growth Management system at Red Bull.

In this role, you will be responsible for recognizing, designing, and implementing system improvements and new technologies that enhance user experience, data quality, and reporting capabilities, ultimately driving process efficiencies. Additionally, you will oversee the deployment of our CPM tools worldwide and ensure proper processes are in place for customer profitability analysis. You will serve as a primary contact for local Key Users and provide assistance with tool queries and system issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify areas for improvement and define business requirements to enhance systems focusing on reporting capabilities and user experience.
  • Coordinate the transition of systems to S4/Hana and lead the implementation of CPM tools in Red Bull subsidiaries globally.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align short and long-term strategies.
  • Act as a global point of contact for the CPM tool and assist local Key Users with process or system-related issues.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop innovative training materials for subsidiaries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Finance/Controlling/Project Management experience.
  • University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus.
  • IT literate with familiarity in ERP systems like SAP, S4/HANA, BI tools, etc.
  • Experience in FMCG industry and/or sales controlling is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in project management.
  • Result-oriented team player with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Travel required up to 10%.
