RGM Data

The RGM Data & Process Developer role at Red Bull involves defining data and process requirements to enhance the Revenue Growth Management system.

In this position, you'll be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing system improvements to enhance user experience, data quality, and reporting capabilities, ultimately leading to increased process efficiencies. You will oversee the implementation of CPM tools globally and ensure proper processes are in place for customer profitability analysis. Additionally, you'll serve as the main contact point for local Key Users, providing support for tool-related queries and system issues.

Developments, Enhancements & Implementation of CPM Tools

• Identify areas for improvement based on business and user needs, and define requirements for system enhancements focused on reporting capabilities and user experience.
• Participate in transitioning systems to S4/Hana and design new system developments with internal and external consultants.
• Lead the global implementation of CPM tools within Red Bull subsidiaries.
• Deliver training, communication, and post-implementation support to users.

Business Partner for Local Markets and Headquarters

• Collaborate with subsidiaries to maximize the potential of CPM tools, emphasizing business processes.
• Work closely with International Sales, IT, Data Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure short and long-term strategic alignment.

System Support and Quality

• Act as the global point of contact for the CPM tool and assist local Key Users with system-related queries.
• Ensure proper system functionality, identify efficiencies, and improve processes within the CPM system.
• Lead initiatives to enhance data and process quality across subsidiaries.

Training of the Organization

• Design innovative training materials and documentation to engage effectively with subsidiary users.
• Provide on-site and online training sessions to ensure proper system usage and strengthen relationships with key users.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant Finance/Controlling/Project Management experience.

- University degree in Business Administration or Finance.

- Fluency in English, German proficiency is advantageous.

- IT literate with familiarity in ERP systems or business analysis tools like SAP, S4/HANA, BI, etc.

- Experience in FMCG industry or sales controlling is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and project management experience.

- Result-oriented team player with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
