Fisker sucht einen leidenschaftlichen Qualitätsspezialisten (m/w/d) für unser wachsendes Team in Europa. Die Position wird in unserem Produktionswerk in Graz, Österreich, angesiedelt sein und bietet die einzigartige Gelegenheit, eng mit unseren Fisker
- und Magna-Fertigungsteams und dem lokalen Releasing Agent zusammenzuarbeiten. Neben vielen weiteren Aufgaben bist du für die Koordination des Schadensmanagements und die Fahrzeugqualität während des gesamten Logistikprozesses verantwortlich - von der Fabrik bis in die lokalen Märkte. Weitere Kernaufgaben sind die Kommunikation zwischen Logistikdienstleistern und internen Stakeholdern sowie die Entwicklung von Prozessen und Strategien zur Verbesserung von Service-Levels und KPIs.

Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstütze bei der Entwicklung von betrieblichen Richtlinien und Anweisungen für die Handhabung, Bearbeitung und den Transport von Fahrzeugen
- Schadensmanagement und Schadensregulierung: bewerte Haftung, Deckung und reguliere Ansprüche innerhalb der Schadensverfahren
- Recherchiere und beschaffe unterstützende Unterlagen und entscheide dich für den besten Lösungsweg
- Mach Ansprüche gegen haftbare Parteien geltend und stell sicher, dass rechtzeitig erfolgreich eingelöst werden
- Überwache Schadensfälle, die von Drittanbietern verursacht wurden, und stelle sicher, dass beschädigte Fahrzeuge gemäß den Fisker Qualitätsstandards repariert werden
- Prüfung unserer Logistikdienstleister nach Konformität mit den Fisker-Richtlinien zur Fahrzeughandhabung
- Veranlassung von Gutachten durch Sachverständige
- Aktualisiere Dateien und Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten
- Verfolge den Status der Schadenszahlungen
- Regelmäßige Überwachung offener Forderungen
- Überwache die Spediteursleistung bei Ansprüchen, indem du über ein KPI-Dashboard Metriken zur Rate des Auftretens von Verlusten und Schäden sowie zur Rate der Beitreibung von Ansprüchen veröffentlichst
- Identifiziere Trends bei Verlusten/Schäden, Grundursachen und Statusaktualisierungen und schlage Lösungen vor, um wiederholte Schadensfälle zu vermeiden
- Stelle sicher, dass Aktionspunkte, die sich aus Auditergebnissen ergeben, rechtzeitig und ausreichend abgeschlossen werden

Qualifikationen
- Hochschulabschluss in Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations oder ein vergleichbarer Ausbildungsberuf
- Schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
- Vorerfahrung (3-6 Jahre) in der Logistik-/Lieferketten-/Transportfunktion innerhalb der Automobilindustrie oder Automobilhandel mit umfassenden Kenntnissen der Logistik
- und Reklamationsprozesse
- Fundiertes Wissen über die Grundsätze des Transports fertiger Fahrzeuge in Europa mit allen Verkehrsträgern
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Haftungsobergrenzen und Versicherungspolicen und -Anbietern
- Erfahrung mit IT-Systemen, einschließlich Kenntnisse und Verständnis von Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) und Kundendatensystemen
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Gut organisiert, fortgeschrittene Analyse
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive Denkweise
- Fähigkeit, genaue Bewertungen basierend auf allgemeiner Branchenpraxis, vertraglichen Verpflichtungen des Anbieters und Unternehmensrichtlinien vorzunehmen
- Kenntnis der Fahrzeugtransport-, Versicherungs
- und Logistikdienstleister
- Erfahrung mit ECG Qualitätsstandards und Richtlinien
- Erfahrung mit der Prüfung der Lieferantenleistung und der Entwicklung von Prüfungsverfahren/Richtlinien
