Zur Verstärkung unseres exzellenten Finance-Teams suchen wir zum ehebaldigen Eintritt eine:n Junior Financial Accountant (w/m/d). In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle haben Sie die einzigartige Möglichkeit, Teil eines multidisziplinären Kompetenzzentrums für pädiatrische Onkologie zu sein und durch die Unterstützung unserer Forschung einen direkten Einfluss auf die Entwicklung neuer Krebstherapien zu haben.
**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:
- Nach umfangreicher Einschulung verantworten Sie selbständig die Abwicklung der laufenden Buchhaltung bis zur Rohbilanz
- Sie erstellen die monatliche Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung (UVA) und Zusammenfassende Meldung (ZM) und unterstützen darüber hinaus bei der Erstellung der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Sie verantworten den laufenden Zahlungsverkehr
- Sie kontrollieren und verbuchen Spesen
- und Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle und arbeiten eng mit dem Controlling zusammen
**Ihr Profil**:
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau (HAK, HLW) bzw. Diplom zum:r Buchhalter:in
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, BMD-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber kein Muss
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Eigenverantwortliche, analytische und exakte Arbeitsweise
