As part of the Accounting Team, you will support MSC Cruises Austria in various finance and administrative matters. Contribute to the office's everyday life by varied tasks with a strong focus on accounting & finance matters.

  • Degree in Accounting, Business or any related area is preferred;
  • Alternatively 1+ year experience in administrative assistance and accounting;
  • Fluent in German (C1 in CEFR) and English (B1 in CEFR);
  • Good command in MS (Word, Outlook and especially Excel);
  • Processing of refund requests;
  • Check Bank statements, deposits & open amounts reminder if necessary;
  • Reporting and various correspondence (internally & externally);
  • Various administrative tasks;
VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)

  • Austrian work permit;
