Process and Project Manager Sales

**Ihre Herausforderung**
- Aufbau eines tiefgreifenden Prozessverständnisses für Vertriebsexzellenz und Unterstützung bei der Prozessentwicklung.
- Intensive Mitarbeit im SAP S/4HANA-Projekt im Lead-to-Cash-Teilprojekt.
- Langfristige Koordination und Umsetzung des Roll-Outs von SAP S/4HANA sowie Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Implementierung vor Ort.
- Weiterentwicklung der CRM-Prozesse (Salesforce) und Integration zwischen Salesforce und SAP.
- Unterstützung im Bereich Sales Planning und Sales Reporting.
**Ihr Profil**
- Erfahrung mit Vertriebsprozessen und deren Umsetzung in IT-Systemen (ERP, CRM,).
- SAP-Kompetenz, vorzugsweise mit SAP S/4HANA, insbesondere in den für den Vertrieb relevanten Modulen.
- Salesforce-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung in der Prozessentwicklung und -begleitung, insbesondere im Rahmen des SAP S/4HANA-Projekts (Lead to Cash und CRM), ist von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung und Kompetenz im internationalen Projektmanagement.
- Analytisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise.
- Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 30%, insbesondere während der Rollouts.
