Dein Job:

- Als Teamleiter/-in im Gleitzeitmodell bist du mit der fachlichen und disziplinären Führung eines 10-köpfigen Teams im Bereich Production Process Support betraut. In dieser Position verantwortest du für unsere drei Business Units entweder die Bereiche Quality Assurance Shopfloor, First Level Support, Wartung & Instandhaltung sowie das Process Engineering oder die Themenfelder Lean Management, Training & Weiterbildung und die Lehrlingsausbildung. Du forderst, förderst und motivierst deine Mitarbeiter und sorgst so für optimale Leistungsbereitschaft. Als Erstansprechperson für technische und organisatorische Angelegenheiten für Mitarbeiter und Nahtstellenpartner, stellst du bei Anfragen deine fachliche und soziale Kompetenz unter Beweis. In Zusammenarbeit mit deiner übergeordneten Führungskraft definierst du Ziele und sorgst dafür, dass diese gemeinsam mit deinem Team erreicht werden. Dabei bist du für die Planung und Steuerung von Prozessen und die Aufrechterhaltung von Qualitätsstandards. Das Erkennen von Verbesserungspotentialen und deren Umsetzung zählt ebenso zu deinen Kernaufgaben.
- Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik (oder vergleichbar) inklusive mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung-
- Erste Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position erwünscht-
- Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft-
- Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise-
- Kommunikatives und sicheres Auftreten-
- Motivationsfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz-
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein-
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise-
