Project Overview:

Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.

Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum.

As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.

Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

Position Overview:

Logistics Coordinator will report to the Project Logistics Manager and be responsible for facilitating with Freight Forwarder for Australian import Customs clearance, receipt of inbound container shipments, devanning, load allocation and container return between Perth and jobsite.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs domestic and international multileg shipment responsibilities in help of project requirements to ensure the safe, timely, and economical delivery of goods to meet project requirements.
• Ensures timely entry of shipment tracking data into Oracle Transportation Module (OTM) to provide visibility of shipment status.
• Directly assists Logistics Lead with Logistics service provider bid tabs, commitment authorizations and contract documents within the scope of Bechtel policies and procedures.
• Ensures timely audit and processing of Logistics service provider invoices in accordance with project procedures.
• Prepares Logistics reports or performance metrics, as required, to satisfy project information requirements. Identifies transport cost and service alternatives to help materials or equipment purchase decisions and use of local Logistics service providers.
• Able to advise management on delivery lead times and transshipment progress.
• Assists with filing and resolution of Logistics service provider claims and Closeout documentation
• Assists with preparation of logistics studies including site and service provider facility visits.
• Integrates safety requirements and measures in all Logistics activities.
• Organize import/export and customs documentation in accordance with Australian import requirements.
• Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.
• Makes recommendations for new procedures.
• Complies to and openly engages on safety standards and procedures Reports to and receives operational direction from the Logistics Lead
• Receives functional guidance from the Corporate Logistics Manager

Qualifications/Job Requirements:

• Typically requires a minimum of 6+ years of related experience.
• Associates degree or related technical training preferred.
• Very competent user of Microsoftsuite and spreadsheet development
• Preferred that the individual has project Field experience' Demonstrated experience with Australian & International Import regulations is preferred.
• Experience in organizing logistics between approved Free-Trade agreements is preferred.

• The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a nonsmoking site and no tobacco products i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco are permitted to be brought to the site._
