Project Overview:


Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.

Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum.

As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.


Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

Position Overview
The role reports to the Workforce Mobilisation Supervisor

  • Day to operational contact with Construction Project team and Mobilisation Coordinators (Bechtel and Subcontractors)
  • Day to day operational contact with Project employees
  • Day to day operational contact with Transport Coordinator and Accommodation Provider
  • Day to day functional contact with the Project Workforce Services Manager

What you bring:

Specific requirements to the role will include but not limited to:

  • Organise and arrange ongoing end to end travel including booking of charter and/or commercial flights, buses, and camp accommodation
  • Ensure all personnel receive their travel itinerary outlining their flights, accommodation, bus information in a timely manner and ahead of their intended travel date
  • Rescheduling due to cancellations/flight delays
  • Input and maintain roster cycles
  • Responding to any questions/queries from site personnel in relation to travel and accommodation
  • Coordinate employees' initial mobilisation and accommodation request with the recruitment and mobilisation team
  • Prepare accommodation and utilisation reports
  • Prepare daily manifests
  • Other tasks as designated by the Project Mobilisation Supervisor including recruitment and mobilisation activities

About you:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Sound communication both written and verbal
  • Provision of a service function in high pressure project environment
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role using travel and logistics software such as SAMS, Workflow, INX is highly desirable
  • Adhoc overtime will be required at the direction of the Project Mobilisation Supervisor

Additional Information

  • The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a nonsmoking site and no tobacco products i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco are permitted to be brought to the site._

This position is available to both local and non-local personnel. For non-locals (FIFO/DIDO), the working roster is 3/1.
