On behalf of a senior care facility near Vienna, we are looking for a PDL (Pflegedienstleitung, m/w/d) at the earliest possible date.

• Assuming leadership of the nursing team and ensuring holistic, high-quality care and assistance for residents
• Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of staff
• Planning, organizing, and optimizing care processes while considering the individual needs of residents
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, quality standards, and hygiene regulations
• Establishing and maintaining a trusted collaboration with residents, family members, physicians, and external service providers
• Participation in the advancement of the facility and the implementation of modern care concepts

• Completed training in geriatric care or nursing as well as further education in nursing management or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in geriatric care, with a minimum of two years in a managerial role
• Solid knowledge in the field of geriatric care and nursing documentation, along with a profound understanding of the needs of older people
• Strong communication skills, empathy, assertiveness, and enjoyment of working in a team
• Organizational talent, decisiveness, and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• Willingness for continuous further education and the implementation of modern care and assistance concepts
