On behalf of a senior care facility in Vienna, we are seeking a PDL/ Nursing Care Manager to join the team at the earliest opportunity.

• Leading the nursing team and ensuring comprehensive, high-quality care for residents
• Providing professional and disciplinary guidance, as well as fostering the development of staff members
• Planning, organizing, and optimizing care processes while considering the individual needs of residents
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, quality standards, and hygiene guidelines
• Establishing and maintaining a trusting relationship with residents, family members, doctors, and external service providers
• Contributing to the evolution of the facility and the implementation of modern care concepts

• Completed education in geriatric nursing or healthcare as well as additional training in nursing management or equivalent qualifications
• Several years of experience in geriatric nursing, including at least two years in a managerial role
• Solid knowledge in geriatric care and nursing documentation, along with a strong understanding of the needs of elderly individuals
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, assertiveness, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Organizational skills, decisiveness, and the ability to maintain clarity in stressful situations
• Commitment to continuous learning and the implementation of modern care and support concepts
