Unser Kunde unterstützt mit Engagement und nachhaltigen Innovationstechniken seit Jahren viele große Unternehmen bei der Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsideen. Hierbei werden Unternehmen von der Entstehung der innovativen Idee bis hin zum Launch begleitet und gemeinsam wird am weiteren Wachstum gearbeitet. So entstehen neben neuen Geschäftsbereichen auch eigenständige Start-Ups.

Aufgaben
- Leitung von Implementierungsprojekten
- Aktives Mitwirken bei der Unternehmensentwicklung der Kunden
- Entwicklung und Validierung von neuen Geschäftsmodellen und Begleitung dieser als Verantwortlicher bis zur Umsetzung und Etablierung am Markt
- Erstellung von Go-to-Market-Konzepten
- Akquise von geeigneten Pilotkunden und Identifikation der wichtigsten Kundenbedürfnisse
- Coaching von interdisziplinären Innovationsteams
- Organisation, Durchführung und Moderation von Workshops

Qualifikation
- Min. 2 Jahre Consulting-Erfahrung (idealerweise in einer Consulting-Agentur)
- Deutsch und Englisch ab C1 Niveau
- Erfahrung in der Unternehmens-/Produktentwicklung
- Interesse an Trends und Innovationen sowie eine Affinität zu neuen Technologien
- Freude an der Leitung und Moderation von Workshops
- Offenes, selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
