We seek an experienced and motivated Revenue Operations Consultant to join our growing team. This role is tailored for a resourceful problem solver, with the will and adaptability to consult B2B companies across industries on revenue processes and systems. By streamlining and aligning revenue teams Boom Strategy Consultants drive efficiency for our clients and enable revenue growth. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in revenue operations, consulting or digital change management.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing, sales & customer success data and processes for our clients to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement RevOps processes, including pipeline flow, sales reporting and forecasting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue teams to optimize performance and processes along the customer journey
  • Plan and lead the implementation project of sales tools and systems, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tech tools
  • Train sales and customer success teams on new processes and systems
  • Develop well-balanced monitoring and reporting systems on sales performance for all levels of our client's organization
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or any related field (Master's degree highly appreciated)
  • Experience in sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, digital change management or consulting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sales operations processes and best practices
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Highly fluent in German and English. Any additional language is a plus.
