We are looking for a
SaaS Product Support Specialist** (f/m/d) to immerse themselves in the exciting world of our integrated data platform.

As a key member of our dynamic organisation, you will have the opportunity to stay at the forefront of cutting-edge product advancements.

This is a
full-time position based in our headquarters in
Vienna or within a commutable distance to the office.

Some of the things you'll work on:

  • Provide
    advanced technical support, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to swiftly address and resolve complex inquiries.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to be instrumental in
    sharing successful solutions across our internal channels, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Use our existing error logging and alerting tools to anticipate and
    proactively tackle potential issues before they impact our users.

Continuously improve and refine processes, methodologies and documentation, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

  • Additionally, you will
    contribute to our internal training sessions and webinars, sharing your expertise and insights with colleagues to enhance their skill sets and drive collective success.

We're excited if you have:

  • 2+ years experience in
    level 2 or level 3 tech support, ideally in a softwarebased company.
  • Exceptional
    analytical and problemsolving skills

Highly pragmatic attitude, unconventional thinking, "hands-on mentality".

University degree in a technical field related to software (e.g. Software Engineering, Business Informatics or a similar field).

  • Ability to read and understand
    Python.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with
    Sentry and Elasticsearch.
  • Interest in learning and discovering
    new technologies.

If this position is filled in Vienna, we offer a yearly salary starting from €42.000.
