Your mission

  • Driving digitalization by collaborating and managing projects within organizations
  • Coordinate digitalization projects in the operational and supply chain areas of Containerboard, ensuring synergies between each project and owning the entire digital progress in these particular areas
  • Manage entire digital projects endtoend, with full responsibility to coordinate resources, timing, and stakeholders
  • Work closely together with other project managers from these areas for guidance and support in following the digital roadmap
  • Support in reporting progress, budget and benefits of the digital initiatives in the operational and supply chain
  • Support with development and refining of the holistic Digital Roadmap and strategic project prioritization, as well as joint idea finding for new initiatives between the digital team and the business
  • Stay up to date on the latest developments in digitalization

Profile:

  • Experience in project management and coordination of multiple initiatives in parallel
  • High affinity for digitalization and new technologies, ideally proven or applied in previous jobs
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical, conceptual and digital mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels of the organization
  • Practical "hands on" personality with a result oriented, agile mindset and focus on team play
  • Certain degree of mobility and willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills (esp. Polish) are beneficial
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excel) required
  • Industry experience in Corrugated Packaging or other manufacturing industry beneficial

Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract

  • We offer a compensation package starting at € gross/year on a fulltime basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
