Your role at RBI:

  • Clarify the business needs in hiring new employees and define appropriate recruitment strategy
  • Act as consultant for your counterparts throughout the whole process and facilitate the interviews
  • Transform recruiting data into actionable insights

Your core competencies:

  • You are passionate about connecting with people, understanding their background, and discovering their motivation for new job opportunities
  • You have personal agency experience, or have worked previously as an inhouse recruiter in the financial services industry
  • You consider yourself a good communicator with fluency in both German and English
  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks are a part of your daily work
  • You are curious about recruitment market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • You are a team player with a handson approach and an innovative mindset, wishing to be surrounded by likeminded colleagues
