Product Manager Battery Testing Solutions f/m/d

You have a knack for cutting-edge technology and want to dive deep into the world of electric mobility? Batteries play a crucial role in driving the green revolution. We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our Battery Testing Solutions team. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between our product development efforts for battery testing systems and the global market, including sales teams and customers worldwide, to enhance and expand our product lineup.

  • Analyze market and competitive conditions: Delve into global market needs, trends, and competition to position our product range effectively
  • Develop product strategies: Formulate, refine, and communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and business plans
  • Manage requirements and costs: Define and prioritize product features, and establish cost targets for optimization
  • Coordinate with Research & Development (R&D): Align product vision and objectives with R&D project managers and development teams
  • Execute product launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and provide ongoing support throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support sales and marketing: Aid in proposal development, product presentations, and creation of sales and marketing materials
  • Organize events and training courses: Coordinate industry events, publications, customer workshops, and deliver product training to the sales team
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in electrical engineering, physics, telematics, industrial engineering, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in direct current sources or high-voltage batteries
    • Background in product management and technical sales
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills to articulate complex concepts effectively
    • Excellent marketing and presentation abilities
    • Highly organized and goal-oriented
    • Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently
    • Strategic and commercial mindset
    • Proficient in German and English
    • Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes
