About the job


As a Sales Manager for Circular Minerals, focusing on circular raw materials, you will get the amazing chance to lead the transformation of the refractory industry through circular solutions.

Your passion for sustainability and recycling topics, as well as your customer-centric attitude and strong commercial background are the drivers of success for this role.

Your focus will lie on maintaining a cooperative relationship with our customers within the refractory market.

Acquiring new customers and strengthening the relationship with the existing customer base, you will define and execute the sales strategy to meet the budget targets.

By striving to understand the unique demands of each of our clients, you will present them with tailor-made solutions. You will travel internationally in Europe, up to 50% of your working time.

In addition, your tasks will include

  • Seeing through the entire sales process from offer to cash, with the support of a qualified team
  • Business development, new markets to target, as well as market monitoring
  • Organizing your everyday tasks independently and completing your daily goals efficiently
  • Interacting with internal & external stakeholders (MIRECO, sales agents, recycling business unit)

What we expect from you in terms of

Education and Knowledge

  • Technical or commercial degree and/or equivalent professional experience
  • Profound knowledge of the refractory industry and / or raw materials

Languages

  • English
  • Proficient/Fluent
  • German will be considered a strong asset
  • Any other language will be considered an asset

Work Experience

  • Several years of relevant working experience in the refractory industry

The potential annual gross salary for this position starts at € 70.000,00 on a full-time basis depending on your qualifications and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
