Capital Planning Manager for RBI Group (f/m/x):

Your role at RBI:

  • Take over the responsibility for planning of RBI Group's capital position optimizing the Groups value by ensuring optimal usage of different regulatory capital instruments and adequacy with regulatory requirements
  • Regularly update and present RBI Group's capital plan and adequacy statement in front of RBI Board of Management and authorities
  • Closely follow any new developments on CRR III and reflect upcoming changes in capital planning and steering activities
  • Contribute to RBI Group's budgeting and forecast process by ensuring proper reflection of all capital relevant items and measures
  • Further develop RBI Groups capital planning framework and tools, catering the new needs of dualsteering of RBI Groups Russian entity

Your core competencies:

  • University degree in business administration, banking & finance or similar education
  • 35 years working experience in Banking such as Regulatory Affairs, Planning or Accounting being involved in the dialogue with the regulator
  • Profound knowledge of current regulatory framework items (Basel 4, CRR, CRD, ICAAP) with focus on capital as well as strong interest in new developments of relevant regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in data processing and a selfmotivated mindset as well as the ability to work within an agile environment
  • Experienced user of MS Office, Bloomberg, Tagetik, Qlik, Power BI
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German and/or CEE language is an advantage
