Your role at RBI:

  • Take over the responsibility for the capital steering of RBI related network entities
  • Act as a SPOC for network entities' toplevel management and local colleagues aligning on capital related items such as target capital ratios, intragroup dividends, capital raising and issuance of subordinated capital instruments
  • Prepare comprehensive capital presentations for top level management and supervisory boards of network entities, providing insightful and transparent information on relevant drivers for the capital ratios in the network entities
  • Further develop the governance framework for capital steering with the ultimate target to optimize the Group's value; contribute with relevant updates to respective Group directives
  • Actively contribute to RBI Group's budgeting and forecast process by ensuring proper reflection of capital and MREL relevant drivers in the target setting and budgets
  • Coordinate the monitoring of the capital and MREL adequacy of network entities, assuring compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant thresholds

Your core competencies:

  • University degree in business administration, banking & finance, information systems or similar education
  • 35 years working experience in Banking Controlling, Accounting, Treasury or related role
  • Good knowledge of current regulatory framework with focus on capital topics
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data processing
  • Selfmotivated mindset as well as the ability to work within an agile environment
  • Experienced user of MS Office, Bloomberg, knowledge in Tagetik, Qlik, Power BI are an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German and/or CEE language is an advantage
