Wir bieten Head of People & Organisation (m/f/x) Vollzeit / Wien Unser Auftraggeber ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation mit Sitz in Wien und Büros in mehreren süd-ost-europäischen Ländern. Das Unternehmen, dass sich durch Engagement für Nachhaltigkeit und Bemühungen um soziale Verantwortung auszeichnet, setzt sich für die Europäisierung der Eiweißversorgung auf Basis nachhaltig angebauter, ohne Gentechnik hergestellter Sojabohnen aus der Donauregion bzw. Europa ein. Unser Kunde unterstützt seine Partner und Mitglieder bei der Beantwortung von sozialen, ökologischen und ökonomischen Herausforderungen bei der Produktion und beim Verbrauch von Soja. Dies soll die Effizienz, Gerechtigkeit und Nachhaltigkeit in der Proteinwertschöpfungskette für die Lebens- und Futtermittel in Europa verbessern. Die Aktivitäten werden von der Austrian Development Agency durch eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen des Strategischen Partnerschaftsprogramms unterstützt.

Als Head of Human Resources und echter Allrounder haben Sie - gemeinsam mit Ihrem kleinen Team - die einzigartige Gelegenheit, eine entscheidende Rolle in der Organisation zu spielen, um diese Vision zu verwirklichen. Ihr Profil:
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources; möglichst eine akademische Ausbildung.
  • Erfahrungen in Bezug auf den gesamten "employee life cycle" in allen Aspekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von kleinen Teams mit "solid & dotted lines" von Vorteil ebenso wie (Vor)Kenntnisse in den Bereichen HR Controlling und/oder Personalverrechnung.
  • Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Soziale Kompetenz, konstruktive Lösungsorientierung und eine gute emotionale Resilienz runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift notwendig
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Office 365 werden vorausgesetzt; eine gewisse IT Affinität erwünscht.
Ihre Tätigkeiten:
  • Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und MitarbeiterInnen in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Koordination / Führung der HR FachexpertInnen an allen Standorten
  • Leitung und Durchführung verschiedener HR-Projekte, darunter z.B. Recruiting-Initiativen, Employer Branding-Kampagnen, Gehaltsreviews im Rahmen des Gehaltssystems und mehr.
  • Ansprechperson für arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen und Unterstützung des Managements bei der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften.
  • Breites Tätigkeitsspektrum (u.a. Administration, Konzeption und Implementieren von Innovationsprojekten, bei Interesse Leiten von internen Trainings usw)
  • Office Management inklusive IKT Themen (mit externer Unterstützung), um einen reibungslosen Ablauf des täglichen Betriebs sicherzustellen.
  • Schnittstelle zur externen Personalverrechnung, um eine effiziente und korrekte Abwicklung sicherzustellen.
