Your Capco Tasks

  • Guide challenging consulting projects in the payments sector from business analysis and conceptual design to testing and close implementation support
  • Experience project execution at the threshold from traditional system landscapes to modern architectures - using both waterfall models and modern methods
  • Work with a strong customer focus, incorporating your own and your Capco colleagues' experiences effectively
  • Progressively take on more responsibility for your areas throughout the project, including leading sub-projects and small project teams
  • Aside from project work, engage in various internal topics and implement your own ideas - driving your professional, methodical, and personal development as well as that of your environment

Your Capco Profile

  • Completed university degree
  • Relevant practical experience in consulting projects within the financial services industry
  • Strong interest in Payments, a booming topic, and familiarity with Payments products and processes such as PSD2, Clearing and Settlement, TARGET2, TIPS, Instant Payment, Cash Management, Correspondent Banking, Value Added Services, Identity Management, etc.
  • Team player, constructive, customer-oriented, with strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as assertiveness
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Unrestricted mobility in the national and international arena
