General Accountant (m/w/d)
mit Berufserfahrung in Vollzeit, unbefristet Standort Wien


Aufgaben
  • Betreuung des Hauptbuchs, Bilanzierung, Bewertung und Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen
  • Koordination des Cash-/Bank Management/Managing der Zahlläufe
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Abschlüsse
  • Klärung monatsabschlussrelevanter Fragestellungen, Überprüfung der Richtigkeit der Meldungen
  • Zusammenarbeit & Abstimmung mit dem Controlling
  • Systemseitiges Stammdatenmanagement für die Hauptbuchhaltung
  • Management von monatlichen Unternehmensverpflichtungen
  • Kontenabstimmung und Kontenklärung
  • Sicherstellung der fristgerechten und ordnungsgemäßen Einhaltung der AccountingProzesse
  • Unterstützung bei Steuer- sowie internen und externen Audits als Kontaktperson für Auditoren und Steuerberater
  • Ad Hoc Aufgaben für den Bereich Buchhaltung und Steuern
  • Mitarbeit bei bilanziellen Fragestellungen

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und/oder entsprechende Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • idealerweise 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Beherrschung von Excel und MS Office
  • Sorgfältige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und einer guten Auffassungsgabe
  • Hohe Affinität zur Digitalisierung und zu verschiedenen Systemen
  • Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
