About the Department:

At the Compliance & OpRisk Department, we focus on developing and managing IT Systems to combat financial crime and ensure effective risk management at Erste Group. The team you'll join is responsible for maintaining and improving an IT system used across Erste Group for Audit and Non-Financial Risk Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in customer requirements gathering
  • Maintain solution documentation
  • Perform regular routine checks
  • Conduct data quality checks and comparisons
  • Learn and optimize internal and external processes

Qualifications We Seek:

  • IT background (Master's or Diploma in computer science)
  • Prior hands-on experience in IT-related internships or jobs
  • Keen interest in the intersection of IT, Banking, Non-Financial Risk, and Compliance
  • Enthusiastic about collaborating with respected experts in Compliance & Non-Financial Risk
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Experience in relevant technologies is a bonus (VUE.JS, Object model programming, Power BI, MSSQL)
